NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-006107, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and FRANK KIZZIAH; JERRI KIZZIAH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ON THE LOBBY ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX IN THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, AT 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 16 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 209, MARCO BEACH UNIT SEVEN, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 55 THROUGH 62, INCLUSIVE, A PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
