NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 004079 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. successor by merger to First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Ingrid Elizabeth Brandt f/k/a Ingrid E. Dorion; Unknown Spouse of Ingrid Elizabeth Brandt f/k/a Ingrid E. Dorion; Carlos E. Dorion; Unknown Spouse of Carlos E. Dorion; Bank of America, N.A.; Lakeside South Property Owners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 24th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK A, THE VILLAS OF LAKESIDE SOUTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
