NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 002190 in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for RALI 2006QA6 was the Plaintiff and MICHELLE R. PACKO, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 18th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
AN UNENCUMBERED PARCEL OF LAND LYING DIRECTLY EAST OF LOT 19, ALCONA ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 94 AND 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; BEING 92.5 FEET NORTH AND SOUTH BY 130.9 FEET EAST AND WEST, LYING IN SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
