Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated July 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2011 CA 005387, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and JAMES R. LIGGETT A/K/A JAMES LIGGET, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 102, BUILDING 1, PHASE 3A, GREENBROOK WALK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2055, PAGE 1613: OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2126, PAGE 6914 AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS FILED THERETO IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON AREAS AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 3rd day of December, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
