NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005552, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP (hereafter
“Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and EDWARD C. PARLIER, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the LOBBY on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 16 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 22, GOLDEN GATES ESTATES UNIT NO. 72 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
