NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-002109 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein EverBank, Plaintiff and Martin S. Glucklich a/k/a Martin Glucklich and Margery S. Glucklich, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on September 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 155, SUGAR MILL LAKES, PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 108 THROUGH 114, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
