NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2012-CA-004633 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 18th day of September, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE SE CORNER OF LOT 5, SUMMERFIELD ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 103 AND 104,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 5 ALONG A CURVE HAVING A RADIUS OF 25.0 FEET, A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 13°05`19”, AN ARC LENGTH OF 2.15 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 66°46`25” WEST, ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE OF LOT 5, 42.92 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 23°13`35” EAST ALONG THE NORTH AND SOUTH EXTENSIONS OF CENTERLINE OF PARTITION WALL OF DUPLEX, A DISTANCE OF 118.17 FEET TO POINT ON NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 5; THENCE RUN SOUTH 69°04`31” EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF LINE OF LOT 5, 45.35 FEET TO NE CORNER OF LOT 5; THENCE RUN SOUTH 23°13`35” WEST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF LOT 5, A DISTANCE OF 120.03 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
