NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-007218 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and VICTOR ROEPKE A/K/A VICTOR G. ROEPKE; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; SABAL HARBOUR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 24th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
