NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20 day of AUGUST, 2013, and entered in Case No. 101150CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC., is the Plaintiff and ROBERT J. PATTERI, HERITAGE BAY GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB INC., HERITAGE BAY UMBRELLA ASSOCIATION, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR UNIVERSAL AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY LLC, VERANDA I AT HERITAGE BAY ASSOCIATION INC., CHRISTINE E. PATTERI and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 16 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 211, BUILDING 2 OF VERANDA I AT HERITAGE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4076, PAGE 542 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
