NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2012-CA-001846 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 17th day of September, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 204, BUILDING M, LONGBOAT HARBOUR, A CONDOMINIUM FKA SECOND LONGBOAT HARBOUR, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1656, PAGES 6425, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGES 39 AND 40, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
