NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002665, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES ARSI 2006-M3 is Plaintiff and SCOTT M. MANSON; DIANE E. BLACK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; NAPLES WALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; BAY FOREST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ON THE LOBBY ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX IN THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, AT 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 16 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL 1102, OF NAPLES WALK, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, ACCORDING T0 THE DECLARATION THEREOF, RECORDED MAY 31, 1991 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1620 PAGE 401, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
