NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012CA006047, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and SERGIO A. RAMOS; LENIZA VEGA CONDE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PARKSIDE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 17 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60, PARKSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 160, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
