NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012CA003110 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS CERTIFICATE TRUSTEE (NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS CERTIFICATE TRUSTEE), IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF VNT TRUST SERIES 2010-2 is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH A. SCHILIRO and GREENRBOOK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 14th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, UNIT 2, GREENBROOK VILLAGE, SUBPHASE K UNIT 1 A/K/A GREENBROOK CROSSING AND UNIT 2 A/K/A GREENBROOK HAVEN, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 74 THROUGH 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE. YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
