NOTICE IS hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in this cause on August, 21, 2013, I, Richard B. “Chips” Shore, III, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, In and For Manatee County, Florida, will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Public Auction website of Manatee County, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 25th day of September, 2013.

TOGETHER WITH: That part of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4, lying South and East of C.S.X. Transportation Incorporated railroad right-of-way (formerly Seaboard Airline Railroad); the Southwest 1/4, and; the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 33 South, Range 19 East, Manatee County, Florida;

TOGETHER WITH: The North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 , and the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 14, Township 33 South, Range 19 East, Manatee County, Florida.

Together with Lender's interest in that certain Easement Agreement by and between SR 62 Holdings, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, Reynold L. Glanz, and Richard D. Smith, as Trustee of the W.R. Family Revocable Trust u/a March 8, 2005, and Orion Bank, a Florida banking corporation, as recorded in Official Records Book, 2006, Page 6773, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
