NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-008788 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST BANK 1, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and MARK D. YATES; LINDA M. YATES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 18 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
