NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-008348 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATIONAS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HET 2006-19 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT F HUNTER; JACQUELYNE E HUNTER; SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; GREENBROOK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 24th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
