NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 16, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-002723 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and MARC B BOWIE; KAREN BOWIE; RBC CENTURA BANK, A BANKING CORPORATION; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; PARKSIDE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JEREMY BETANCOURT, and TENANT #2 N/K/A REBECCA BETANCOURT are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 24th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
