NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-001319WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and SANDRA DUFFAU A/K/A SANDRA C. DUFFAU A/K/A SANDRA DAFFAU; JUAN M. DUFFAU; LONE STAR RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 30th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 11, LONE STAR TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 7-14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
