MALDONADO A/K/A LISA CARMEN MALDONADO; SUNCOAST CROSSINGS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TUSCANO AT SUNCOAST CROSSINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DESIREE RICHARD are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 09/30/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
