NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-002152-ES in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC was the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MAVIS NETTLES DECEASED, ET AL the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 25th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
