NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-007695-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER J. CHETTA a/k/a CHRISTOPHER CHETTA and U.S. BANK NA are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on SEPTEMBER 30, 2013, at 11:00 A.M., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PASCO County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 808, JASMINE LAKES UNIT 6-B, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 102, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with an undivided 1/41 interest in and to Lake Henry.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
