Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk & Comptroller, will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
The East 1/2 of Lot 50 and all of Lot 51 and the West 1/2 of Lot 52, FLORESTATE PARK, Unit No. 1, a Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 10, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH 1988 SIES mobile home, ID#28610679X permanently affixed to the property.
in an electronic sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on October 3, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
