NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-009111-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, and pursuant to Florida Statutes ยง45.031, Paula S. O'Neil Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 9th day of September, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit
LOT 58, BLOCK 8, NEW RIVER LAKES VILLAGES B2 AND D, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 105 THROUGH 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
