Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
The West 145.77 feet of the East 477.34 feet of the North 60 feet of the South 666.12 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 4, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida, also known as Lot 42 of the unrecorded plat of ELDRED SUBDIVISION.
AND
The West 145.77 feet of the East 477.34 feet of the North 60 feet of the South 606.12 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 4, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida, also known as Lot 40 of the unrecorded plat of ELDRED SUBDIVISION.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on October 7, 2013.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
