NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 014616 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and THOMAS P. PACKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS P. PACKER IF ANY; REGIONS BANK F/K/A AMSOUTH BANK; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 11th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK E, UNIT 3, CORAL COVE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 100 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
