MARTIN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA MARTIN; FIRST STATE BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 09/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
