Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 24th day of September, 2013 the following described property situated in Sarasota, Florida, described in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 2, BLOCK 12, EAST GATE SUBDIVISION UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 43, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
