NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 12, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-008130 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and JACOB T. ELLZEY A/K/A JACOB ELLZEY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; LIBERTY POINT CORPORATION; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
