NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 12, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-000645 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and DANIEL M SHIEVER; DENISE RAE SHIEVER; SUNTRUST BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A RON KING, and TENANT #2 N/K/A HEATHER KING are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
