NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 018369 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as successor to JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of April 1, 2005 First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-FF5 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-FF5, is the Plaintiff and D. Graham Forester a/k/a Graham D. Forester a/k/a D. Forester, Tenant # 1, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 24th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
