NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2013, entered in Case No. 2008 CA 007492 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC3 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Thomas M. Kronz; Priscilla Kronz a/k/a Priscilla G. Kronz; Household Finance Corporation III; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 24th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK 7 OF FLORENCE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
