NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 8th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 011965 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY YOUNG; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR ILTIS LENDING GROUP; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY YOUNG and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 20th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, BLOCK 38, UNIT 84, WARM MINERAL SPRINGS, REPLAT OF AN AMENDED PLAT OF UNIT 83 THROUGH 87, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
