NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 001207 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE SERVICING, INC., is the Plaintiff and ORLANDO PEREZ; INES PEREZ; SOUTHPOINTE MEADOWS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES OF THE KAREN D. TODD TRUST UAD MAY 6, 1999; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE KAREN D. TODD TRUST UAD MAY 6, 1999; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A AURA GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, SOUTHPOINTE MEADOWS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 43-43D, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
