Unit B, Building 5, CAPPELLO I AT VENETIAN GOLF & RIVER CLUB, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2005274219, and supplement thereto recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2006075063, and as amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 38, Pages 40, 40A through 40F, inclusive, as amended of the public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
