NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 018343 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff ILIA T. TASHO; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; LILIANA TASHO; TOMI TASHO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23rd day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 171, 2ND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 30, 30A THROUGH 30G, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
