Final Judgment was awarded on May 7, 2010 in Civil Case No. 09-CA050986, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS ROHALEY; DENISE ROHALEY; HOMETOWN MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC; COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1524, PAGES 118 THROUGH 121 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
