NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 19, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-055232 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff and Michael Thomas Miller, Sr. a/k/a Michael T. Miller; Joann Arlene Miller a/k/a Joann A. Miller; Household Finance Corporation III; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 17th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 45, UNIT 10, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
