GREENHORN A/K/A STEPHEN GREENHORN; LINDA KOZEL GREENHORN; WATERFORD VILLAGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIMORTGAGE, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on September 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK B, GATEWAY PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 65 THROUGH 70, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
