Robison and Larry Allen Day, Jr. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on September 9, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, TRACT J FOUNTAIN LAKES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 83 AND 84, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
