Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed August 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056389, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA3 is the Plaintiff, and ALBERTO JAUREGUI and DEBRA V. JAUREGUI, are the Defendants.
The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on October 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 2, ESTERO RIVER HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
