NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed August 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-058698 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR FREDDIE MAC SECURITIES REMIC TRUST 2005-S001 is Plaintiff, and NARASIMHAM DEVALARAJU, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 126, UNIT 10, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
