Toskin, Tenant #1 n/k/a Jaimie Herrera, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00am on the 30th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
