NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-50592 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Freedom Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Nicholas E. Toskin, Tenant #1 n/k/a Jaimie Herrera, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00am on the 30th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
