FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and RYAN L. FOSTER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RYAN L. FOSTER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
