Final Judgment was awarded on August 16, 2013, in Civil Case No. 2011 CA 052209, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and DANIEL TRAUB; SANDRA L. TRAUB are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 16 day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK C, PINE ISLAND CENTER UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 120, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
