NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 16, 2013, entered in Case No. 09-CA-059010 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OC11, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates Series 2006-OC11, is the Plaintiff and Christopher J. Mayo, a/k/a Christopher Mayo; Unknown Spouse of Christopher J. Mayo, a/k/a Christopher Mayo; Brandon K. Pickell; Colonnade at the Forum Homeowners' Association, Inc.; The Forum at Fort Myers Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Decision One Mortgage Company, LLC.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 16 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 102, BLOCK C, OF COLONNADE AT THE FORUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, AT PAGES 72 THROUGH 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
