NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-050147 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein HOME SERVICING, LLC. is the Plaintiff and LEAH B. HOLLAND; ADAM W. HOLLAND and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a SEAN MARTIN are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at on the 16 day of October, 2013, Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 50, 51 AND 52 BLOCK 4834, UNIT 71, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 88 TO 107, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 1905 SW 16TH TERRACE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33991
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
