NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed August 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056709 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and MARY FRANKENBURGER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B-2, WATERSIDE WEST, A CONDOMINIUM, AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1425, PAGES 562 THROUGH 607, INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGE 151, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AT OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1456, PAGE 1598, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
