NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-051418 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, Plaintiff, and MARIA J. DOW; RICHARD DOW; CHASE BANK, USA, N.A.; FLORIDA PAVERS; VARSITY LAKES OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 2nd day of December, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK F, VARSITY LAKES, PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGES 25 AND 26, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
