commonly known as 1128 S W 13TH STREET, CAPE CORAL, FL 33991 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Alexander J. Marqua of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O.
