NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-051645 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is Plaintiff, and LISA A. WHIKER A/K/A LISA WHIKER; JAKE L. WHICKER A/K/A JAKE WHICKER; UKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAKE L. WHICKER A/K/A JAKE WHICKER; UKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISA A. WHIKER A/K/A LISA WHIKER; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; EAGLE RIDGE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 14 day of November, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, IN BLOCK 23, OF EAGLE RIDGE, UNIT SIX, A SUBDIVISION LYING IN SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, AT PAGES 1-3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This property is located at the Street address of: 14901 Bald Eagle Dr, Ft. Myers, FL 33912.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
